The Young Adult Guardianship Project

The Center for Disability and Elder Law (CDEL) presents Cheryl Lipton speaking about:
– Guardianship to families with young adults with disabilities who are transitioning to adulthood and professional development
– Mobile workshops and direct representation of families wishing to file for guardianship petitions
– CDEL also provides legal services in a variety of practice areas including housing, end-of-life planning, consumer issues, and family law
