Sign up for this free workshop held on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at the Oak Park Township Senior Services Center, 130 S. Oak Park Avenue, in the back parking lot, weather permitting.

Tai Chi is the most effective exercises for the health of mind and body.  Learn to:

  • Reduce the fear of falling
  • Improve relaxation and balance
  • Relieve pain
  • Have fun!

Tai Chi exercises can be done either standing or seated and are for people of all exercise ability levels.
