Riveredge Hospital 13th Annual Resource Fair

Meet representatives from over 50 behavioral Healthcare and Social Service Providers.  The online search tool, Healthcare Connection Hub, will also be displayed at the Community Mental Health Board of Oak Park Township table.  There will also be representatives from Oak Park Township’s General Assistance Department, Youth Services Department, and Prevention Services Department.  Open to the public.  Please click here for a flyer.
