MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE OAK PARK TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES HELD TUESDAY, APRIL 22, 2025, CONDUCTED IN-PERSON AND ELECTRONICALLY.

Roll Call
In person-Manager Evan Michel; Supervisor, Tim Thomas, Trustee Eric Davis, Trustee Margaret Trybus, Trustee Ade Onayemi, Trustee Juan Munoz; Township Attorney John Garfalo; Clerk DaToya Burtin-Cox.
Trustee Davis made a motion to accept the consent agenda with clerical corrections. Trustee Onayemi seconded the motion. The Board voted unanimously to approve.

FY 2026 revenue and general government and and general budget discussion
Recapture and come through the state was recalculated for fiscal year 2025 and thus there was a decrease in tax revenue due to the recalculation
Intergovernmental agreement revenue was down. This was a stabilizing response after COVID
Trustee Munoz inquired as to why COVID expenditures for 2025 increased

Manager Michel has been appointed treasurer for MTA
Supervisor Thomas has been appointed treasurer for TOCC

The Oak Park Township Senior Center is working on completion of the National Institute for senior center accreditation
the Senior Center is looking for volunteers to assist with meal delivery
