MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE OAK PARK TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES HELD TUESDAY, October 7, 2024, CONDUCTED IN-PERSON AND ELECTRONICALLY.

Call to Order

 7:05 p.m.

Roll Call

The meeting was conducted in-person and electronically. On the call of the roll the following participated in-person: Trustee Eric Davis, Trustee Ade Onayemi, Supervisor Tim Thomas, Trustee Margaret Trybus, Township Attorney, John Garofalo, Township Manager E. Michel, Clerk, DaToya Burtin-Cox.  Also in attendance was Director Mahn, Director Traficano, Director Potts, Operations Manager, Kim Henry, and Juan Munoz.

Executive Session – 7:10 pm.

• Executive Session- Section 2 (C)(3) of the Illinois Open Meetings Act: the selection of a person to fill a public office, as defined in this Act, including a vacancy in a public office, when the public body is given power to appoint under law or ordinance, or the discipline, performance or removal of the occupant of a public office, when the public body is given power to remove the occupant under law or ordinance.
