Key Updates
School Supply Drive Update: Youth and Family Services have received a tremendous amount of support and donations this week. They are still in need of backpacks, notebooks and scissors. Donations will be accepted until August 2nd, please share this link with your networks for easy donations: https://www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/71PY5B4P85VL
Recruitment and Onboarding Tools: Paylocity, the vendor that supplies the organization’s pay roll software, has a suite of integrated human resource and employee relations modules that align with many of the Township’s operational needs. Staff is currently exploring utilizing their Recruitment and Onboarding modules.
The Recruitment module enhances the hiring process by automating job postings, customizing applications, and streamlining candidate evaluation. This not only speeds up the time to hire, but also improves the overall applicant and employee experience. It significantly reduces many of the manual process staff perform through securely storing all vital data centrally. Additionally, it integrates with Paylocity’s Onboarding module for a smooth transition from hiring to onboarding.
The Onboarding module enables consistent onboarding for part-time, full-time, and temporary employees, allowing them to complete necessary pre-boarding paperwork, like E-Verify and I-9 forms. It includes customizable onboarding packets and task assignment across departments. This setup not only saves time and ensures compliance but also prepares new hires with essential equipment and access before their first day.
