Oak Park Township Launches New Website Design

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:  September 16, 2019

Oak Park Township is proud to announce the redesign of our website www.oakparktownship.org.  Our new website has been enhanced to be responsive so that it may be viewed on mobile and other devices.  In addition, we have streamlined the structure so that information is more accessible and comprehensive.  As a local government serving residents of Oak Park for over 116 years, our goal is to be accessible, equitable, and offer transparency in how we communicate to the communities that we serve.  We hope you enjoy our new site and find it easy to navigate and user-friendly.


Overview

  • Each webpage can be translated into another language by clicking on the upper right-hand button that says “English” by default
  • Our contact phone numbers are available by clicking on the “Need to contact us?” in the header
  • An online form to contact us is also accessible in the page header, and can be used to contact the Township about any of our services
  • Our three office locations are listed in the page footer along with contact information

Senior Services
Programs, events and services offered through our Senior Services Department are listed on this webpage.  Some highlights include the monthly activity calendar, the lunch menu, and transportation options for those aged 60 and over as well as their caregivers and adults with disabilities.

Press releases, information on exemptions, links to frequently used forms, and links to Cook County websites concerning property taxes are listed on this page.

Youth Services
Youth and families or community partners seeking information on referrals, financial assistance, and other programs offered by our Youth Services Department may find details on this page.  We have also included reports on agencies with which Youth Services contracts.

Community Mental Health Board (CMHB)
